table. The Laundry room located at the rear of the units is reserved for the use of the tenants only and may be
used on a 1st come 1st served basis from 6:00am - 11:00pm on weekends and 6:00am - 10:00pm on weeknights. The Coin operated
Laundry room has (1) Washer and (1) Dryer. The size of the inner units are approximately 275 sq ft. and
